SHIPPING POLICY

We do not currently ship outside of the UK. This is something we are looking into though, so keep a lookout.

United Kingdom - Items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. We are a small independent business that makes every item by hand. Occasionally during busy periods it may take us a little longer to get your order dispatched.

Standard UK Delivery - please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive. All deliveries are 48hr tracked and delivered by Royal Mail. (Please allow a little longer during seasonal periods)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Refunds

We really hope you love your order — everything at Kosel Candles is made in small batches by hand, which means slight variations in colour or scent may naturally occur. It’s part of what makes each piece feel unique. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind?

If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned in their original packaging. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and send the item back to us within another 14 days.

Please note:
We’re a small business and unfortunately can’t cover return postage costs for unwanted items.

Faulty or Damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@koselcandlescornwall.co.uk as soon as possible — with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away and cover any return postage where needed.
